KB 404: Client Portal Registration & Login Guide

  • Registration Steps:
    1. Go to the Support Portal.
    2. Click the Register button on the home or login screen.
    3. Enter your primary email address, full name, and choose a secure password.
    4. Submit the form to create your client profile.
  • Login Steps:
    1. Access the Support Portal.
    2. Input your registered email address and password.
    3. Tick Remember Me if you are using a secure private device for quicker future access.
    4. Click Login to view your open support tokens, history, and profile updates.
    5. Use the Forgot Password? link if you ever need to reset your login credentials.
